The timber packaging makes moving it onto the roof for install really straight forward and really protects the skylight…. I was really impressed on the finish and install was a breeze when you follow the instructions when forming your openings…. I will deff use again in the future

We ordered three frameless pitched windows from the Skylight Factory. They look great and they were easy to install. And the delivery driver even helped to carry them into the house - which was very helpful.

I'm very happy with my buying experience. The skylight was good quality and at a good price.
The skylight came well packed and was secured to a pallet to prevent any damage.
The customer services team was very helpful when making changes to the delivery address. I didn't have to wait in a queue for someone to take my call.

There was only one issue. When the delivery address was changed, my contact phone number was removed from the delivery paperwork, which meant the delivery man was unable to co tact me. Unfortunately, he had to leave and the delivery was rescheduled.

I'll be honest, I was a tad sceptical with this product as an add-on for the skylight. However, I'll hold my hands up and admit I do see it's purpose and need. Just because other manufacturers don't sell/require it, doesn't mean it's not worth having.

Really pleased with the unit, delivery was a bit slower than expected but company did recognise this and put it right. The skylight arrived extremely well packaged, standing braced on a pallet, easy to see if there was any damage, of which there wasn't.

Our company will use these guys again.
