• Flush-fitting double-glazed panel featuring a 6mm toughened outer pane and laminated inner pane with a PVB interlayer for safety.
• Inner pane thickness options: 6.8mm, 7.5mm, or 9.5mm depending on the size.

Light and Solar Control:

• Light transmission ranges between 77% and 79%, maximising natural daylight.
• Solar performance includes a G value of 0.56–0.59 and a shading coefficient of 0.64–0.68.

• Glass panels conform to BS EN 12150, BS 14449, and BS 1279, ensuring durability and performance.
• Foot traffic on the hatch is not recommended to prevent potential damage.

Access Control and Security:

• Key-operated isolator switch prevents unauthorised usage during roof access.
• Secured with self-drilling security screws, concealed under colour-matched caps for a clean finish.
• Hidden hinges and actuators with a 4kN locking force enhance security and ensure operation is only possible from inside the building.

Fire Safety Standards:

• Compliant with Class A to EN 13501-1 for fire performance, supported by its 6mm toughened outer pane.
• Achieves BROOF(t4) classification, meeting building regulation standards for fire resistance.
• Listed under CWFT materials in line with European Commission Decision 96/603/EC.

Wind and Snow Resistance:

• Certified to withstand wind loads in accordance with BS EN 1991-1-4: 2005.
