Shipping policy

Our aim is to provide a seamless and effective delivery service tailored to meet your needs. Here's how our shipping process is structured to enhance your experience:

Scheduling and Delivery Coordination

Once your order is ready to ship, we will reach out to propose a delivery date, confirming with you at least 24 hours in advance. If the suggested date doesn't work for you, we are more than happy to reschedule to a more convenient time. 

Should you opt for the free delivery option and be unavailable on the agreed-upon date, or if we are unable to reach you by phone or message, the items will be returned to our warehouse. Please be aware that any subsequent delivery attempts will be subject to additional charges. We encourage you to ensure your availability to receive your delivery to avoid incurring extra costs.

Delivery Operations

Our delivery hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday. We deliver directly to the designated site, and it is essential that you have the appropriate equipment or personnel ready to receive and transport the items to their final destination on your property. Assistance might be required for unloading oversized items or those not fitting on a standard pallet.

We wish to remind you that we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred during offloading or transportation of the goods on your premises. Please note, our products range in weight from 20kg to 300kg.

Detailed Delivery Timelines

  • Frameless Skylights: Delivery within 2 - 5 business days for standard sizes, and 10 - 25 working days for other sizes incl. the Bespoke sizes;
  • Walk-on Skylights: Delivery within 2 - 4 weeks incl. the Bespoke sizes (up to 25 working days);
  • Framed Skylights: Delivery within 10 - 15 working days incl. the Bespoke sizes;
  • Lanterns: Delivery within 2 - 3 weeks;
  • Electric and Manual Opening Blinds: Standard delivery within 15 - 25 business days;
  • Accessories and Installation Kits: Delivery within 2-5 business days.

Delivery costs for your order (when applicable) are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address and your selected delivery option. Please note that the orders cut off time for the next day delivery is 12:00 PM, all orders received after that, will be delivered on the following day. Also, the 2-6 business days lead time is based on the same principle - all orders placed after 12:00 PM will have their lead time commence on the next business day.
