I also had to call customer care for a question - they were extremely helpful, very responsive and super competent.
My only recommendation is to review your pricing for the sealant. It's more expensive than elsewhere on the internet which is odd as I imagine it's not a significant revenue driver for your business and having people use the wrong product might end up in warranty claims which will cost you more in the long run (either in replacements or just disgruntled customers who might trash your brand online discouraging future custom). If it was my business I'd probably just sell them at cost to make sure people use the right stuff with the product.
