Let customers speak for us
Very impressed with the blinds and before they made them, they contact myself to ensure the sizes were correct. Video of how to install was very informative and helpful. Will definitely use again.
The only down was no screws came with the product and the wiring ran across the pre drilled hole so need to be careful when fixing.
Over all from order to delivery fantastic.
exelent service and friendly people
good product, fast delivery, great price on the window.
pay extra for the cart service - 100% worth it. The driver was very professional.
I also had to call customer care for a question - they were extremely helpful, very responsive and super competent.
My only recommendation is to review your pricing for the sealant. It's more expensive than elsewhere on the internet which is odd as I imagine it's not a significant revenue driver for your business and having people use the wrong product might end up in warranty claims which will cost you more in the long run (either in replacements or just disgruntled customers who might trash your brand online discouraging future custom). If it was my business I'd probably just sell them at cost to make sure people use the right stuff with the product.
Good price, good quality.

Skylight Factory provide an amazing product and efficient after sales support. I have no hesitation in recommending Skylight to anybody who is considering their product. Thank you Chris and Peter.
Great
Good VFM.Quality product.Well packaged.Deliveryperson was helpful.P&P a bit pricey, but other providers were quoting lengthy lead times, and I needed it in the next few days,so was worth the additional expense
