400 x 2000 mm WBP Insulated Upstand for Pitched Roof

I’m a complete newbie when it comes to these sort of things and initially ordered the wrong size of skylight. But! I spoke to an amazing gentleman who completely sorted out my return and refund and promptly had the correct size delivered. The delivery team l cannot fault friendly helpful and professional. Was really impressed with the building of the framework to support the product itself. Really good quality wood.

Glass was very good, my only niggle is the way that it is packaged, stood up on an A frame and screwed together before the glass is fitted, very difficult to remove glass from timber frame. Be much better if glass was fitted singly so you can remove each piece one at a time.

I’ve just built a SIP panel flat roof extension, it took a weekend to put up, a half day to lay the epdm roof and then I waited for a rare fine day to cut open the EPDM, slotted this Upstand in glued it and screwed it down. The dimensions were perfect, the U value exceeds a timber based one and I am delighted with the end result. Why make life hard work when, with good planning you can build on a budget and when convenient. Highly recommend this company, give em a call.

Skylight factory helped ensure the measurements were correct, talked through what I needed to complete the installation and were quick to ship my order. With the help of their online videos, the installation was simple and skylights look fantastic.

Rapid delivery and the skylights come in a timber frame which makes moving around as easy and safe as could possibly be… very happy :)

The timber packaging makes moving it onto the roof for install really straight forward and really protects the skylight…. I was really impressed on the finish and install was a breeze when you follow the instructions when forming your openings…. I will deff use again in the future

We ordered three frameless pitched windows from the Skylight Factory. They look great and they were easy to install. And the delivery driver even helped to carry them into the house - which was very helpful.
